• Conference lunches on 1st, 2nd and 3rd August, 2014
  
• Conference Dinner on 1st August, 2014
  
• Gala Banquet Dinner on 2nd August, 2014
  
• Use of swimming pool & Health club at the Hotel
  
• Airport transfers are not included at the Hotel
  
• The Hotel check-in time is 14.00 hrs and check-out time is 12.00 Noon
  
• Early check in & late check-out is strictly subject to availability
  
• Mini Bar, Room service, laundry and telephones etc will be settled by the guest at the time of check-out
  
• You are requested to carry a photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check-in

• Delegates are required to pay by DD/Cheque payable in favour of “Saraswati Foundation”

1. Cancellation on or before 31st March, 2014 : 25% of Registration & Accommodation charges will be deducted
   
2. Cancellation from 1st April, 2014 to 30th June, 2014: 50% of Registration & accommodation charges will be deducted
   
3. No cancellation or refund after 1st July, 2014

• Registration cannot be transferred
  
• No request would be entertained for transfer
  
• Registration received after 30th June will be given Handwritten badges & Certificates 
  
• Hand copies of Payments receipts will be given in the spot
  
• Spot Registration is strictly by cash. No cheque / DD / credit card will be accepted
• Please send photo ID with address proof along with Registration form.
